Private Fitness Training & Sport-Specific Strength and Conditioning
No additional fees or membership dues.
$70/session

One-on-one hour-long training session. A progressive, dynamic, customized plan with monthly training evaluation and goals assessment.

  • Block of 10 sessions is 10% off.
  • Block of 20 sessions is 15% off.
  • Jump-Start Package is 20% off. This 4 to 6 week package is for first-time clients. This package requires a minimum commitment of 3 sessions/week.
 
Multisport Monthly Coaching Program   $150/month
Head coach Dusty Roady is an associate coach/multisport expert with Whole Athlete Performance Center.  The monthly coaching program is a unique training plan to help you achieve your specific training and/or racing goals based on your current and desired fitness levels and lifestyle considerations.
 
Jump Start Multisport Option - Putting it all together $70/session

40% off for Whole Athlete clients or triathlon club members

Augment monthly coaching plan with an optimum, individualized multisport-specific strength, conditioning, and periodization program for multisport training:  What exercises do I do?  What weight(s) do I use?  How do I change training throughout the season?  How do I coordinate conditioning with training in each sport for simultaneous peak?

 (3-5 sessions recommended to learn biomechanics)

 
Monthly Coaching Program  $120/month
